We are a family run business consisting of father daughter advisors with 20 years experience, established in 1998. We are a broker which means that we search the market for the best mortgage for you according to the details you provide to us during our first meeting/contact.
We have access to the whole of the market and access to exclusives that are not accessible on the high street. Over the past 10 years we have built up very good relationships with a wide variety of lenders and can sometimes obtain a more flexible approach to underwriting.
We are also able to arrange all your associated insurances like buildings & contents, accident sickness & redundancy cover, life & critical illness insurance, and again because we are a broker we have access to a wide variety of companies ensuring you get the best deal.
We can also introduce you to other services - like conveyancing for your mortgage, pension advice, investment advice.
We do charge a fee for our services, please see our IDD document, it is payable upon completion and for this you get 100% commitment and we do all the work for you so you have nothing to worry about.
